Terms and conditions

- Entries close Sunday, 14 September 2025 at 9pm (NSW).

- There will be one first prize valued at $2000 and selected $450 gift certificate winners who will be contacted via email and gift certificates issued.

- The runner up gift certificates can be used towards the photographic shoot fee and the purchase of photographic wall artwork.

- Prizes are not redeemable for cash or valid with any other offer.

- Prize winners must not have a photo shoot booked with another photographer

- The winner must be able to attend a photographic shoot at our studio on a weekday and must sign a model release stating that photographs taken may be used by Delight Images for advertising, studio samples, competitions, website/blog and social media.

- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

- Only one entry is permitted per family, duplicate entries will be disqualified.

- You must be the parent of the child to enter and no entries will be accepted on behalf of any person.

- By entering this competition, you agree to be added to our email list. We promise to never spam you, and you can opt out any time.

- The promotor’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.

- The gift certificate can only be validated by booking by the date indicated thereon.

- If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition to the full extent permitted by law and subject to any approval or directions from any regulatory authority.

- By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
